and responsive neighbourhood management services within the heart of Linacre.
One Stop Shop
Our services will be based on a model of 'One Stop Shop' based
around our Neighbourhood Office which will offer a single point
of contact to local residents. It will, in the widest sense, via
a local partnership framework co-ordinate service delivery between
as many providers and stakeholders in Linacre from our new offices in
Linacre Road.
Through locally co-ordinated service delivery reflecting resident's
priorities it will be possible to react quickly to ensure 'effective' and
'efficient' delivery of services.
Service delivery by LinacreOne will be focused on the community at large
as part of the larger landscape and not just to one section of the population
such as social housing tenants in Linacre. To achieve sustained and popular
services, it is necessary to maintain and improve the overall physical
environment and fabric of Linacre. Equally the social well-being must be
improved through reliable and consistent quality services, which will achieve
local confidence within Linacre while promoting a positive reputation throughout
the surrounding community.
