Twelve apartments for rent have replaced a derelict petrol station on Stanley Road. The new development is next to our first, providing more much-needed homes for local people and brightening up a well-used route through the area.

The exciting design of our first new homes development, at 544 Stanley Road, has been rewarded. The building has won a commendation for excellence in design and quality in the Strictly Regeneration Awards. More importantly, residents love them!

£25,000 for Palmerston Park Youth
LinacreOne has secured £25,000 to work with local young people on improving Palmerston Park. A team of youth workers will engage with up to 200 young people on planting, graffitti removal and control, and murals. Ffiteen spaces will be available for NVQ Community Awareness training.

£12,000 for Community Development Trainee
LianacreOne has secured funding to employ a trainee in Community Development. The funding is available for a local person who has been unemployed for 6 months or more.
